Before AlignU, I spent years working as a Registered Massage Therapist inside multidisciplinary clinics focused on physical therapy and pain management.

I support AlignU clients through HTMA testing and consultations, bringing a functional and naturopathic lens to their health journey. My role is to help create clarity around what’s happening in the body, from hormones and digestion to autoimmunity and nervous system health.
I was drawn to AlignU for its compassionate, holistic approach to women’s care and its deep respect for the body’s signals.
I live in Oaxaca, Mexico with my two young children, and that slower pace of life shapes how I support women to feel safe, understood, and empowered in their health.
